On Thursday, 18 September 2025, the Salzlandkreis Job Centre hosted an informative day of action on the occupational fields of protection and security at the district adult education centre in Schönebeck. From 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., visitors to Tischlerstraße 13 were able to find out about current job offers in this field.
Interested job centre customers looking for a job with a future were invited: as part of the campaign day, they received detailed information from the regional training providers on the sector-specific qualification opportunities and met potential employers on site.
With this event, the Salzlandkreis Job Centre responded to the growing demand on the labour market. The day of action provided insights into the diverse fields of activity and development opportunities in the industry. Whether newcomers, career changers or those seeking guidance - at the stands of regional training providers DIAS, Brückner Bildungsinstitut and Secoma Akademie, guests were given a comprehensive picture of the qualification opportunities in the field of protection and security.
The participating employers - Löbert und Sohn, Erlanger Sicherheitsservice, Kötter Security, pro SAFE and big.security services - were very satisfied with the response to the event.
Of the 55 job centre customers invited, 31 took up the offer. In addition, 4 other visitors found their way to the district adult education centre in Schönebeck.
