Email communication is only available for informal contact. Please note that applications or written submissions that require written form for legal reasons cannot be submitted with legal effect using this means of communication. If an email message contains such a written submission, it is essential that it is also sent again by post. The following file formats are processed without technical restrictions:

No processing guarantee is given for all other file formats.

The following e-mails are generally not accepted:

The size of an electronic message (including all attachments) must not exceed 50 megabytes (e-mail). If this data volume is exceeded, the mail systems will automatically refuse to accept it.
