Fault tickets that have already been resolved:

• Grade view for teachers shows the right students in the wrong class
• Note view for teachers in addition to the correct class another empty class
• Students are listed in the portal with the wrong class affiliation
• Incorrect display of umlauts when importing the main plan / timetable from Untis into the portal - Workaround: Open the text file exported from Untis in Notepad > File > Save as > Encoding: UTF-8 (to the left of the Save button) > Save and then upload the corrected file - Attention: if the workaround is used the first time, the mapping must be adjusted
• Under certain circumstances, the substitution plan is currently not yet loaded or not fully loaded
• Missing module / dashlet for tasks / survey
• Courses are not fully exported from Untis and are therefore missing in the portal view
• Calendar entries that were created before the time changeover have an incorrect time
• Upload files via drag-and-drop

Open and already reported fault tickets in portal version 3.0.17160.0:

• School name is not fully displayed in the portal
• E-mail function faulty; no e-mails are sent for notification purposes
• An expired password (older than 360 days) is not signalled
• Missing filter function for the dashboard is not active although your own timetable is selected under Home > Timetable, but the dashboard still shows all the lessons you are authorised to access
• Insufficient signalling in the group rooms/teams via data content

Reported suggestions for improvement:

• Upload files for entire folder structures
• Use of group-related layouts for the substitution plan differentiated by student and teacher
• Global manual storage in the menu structure for how-to's, manuals, etc...
• Automated upload of substitution plans to the portal and digital noticeboards
