Salzlandkreis job centre arranges energy advice
As part of the granting of citizens' allowance, the Salzlandkreis Job Centre, as the provider of basic income support for jobseekers in accordance with SGB II, provides financial support for the costs of accommodation and heating, among other things. These expenses are only recognised in their actual amount if they are reasonable. Inappropriate costs for accommodation and heating are often based on excessive energy consumption values. For affected customers, this often means an uncovered cost burden, over-indebtedness and the threat of electricity cuts. It is therefore in the interest of the job centre to positively influence the consumption behaviour of its customers in order to save energy.
